Solo Visitor seeks Company in April

I am visiting for the 2nd time to the coastal area (my first was 2003 to Cozumel).
I will be traveling solo this time, and would like to meet people, either tourists like myself or locals and any expats.
I am also dreaming of moving to the area someday. Of course there are many things to think about for that to happen so...for now, the visit will be paramount.

I plan to day trip to Tulum, Akumal, Coba, and do lots of walking, snorkeling, and swimming in that beautiful water! Cenotes are def on my list as well as anything off the beaten path.
For example, my most memorable moments in Oahu, Hawaii was a 4 hour hike to a waterfall that was only known by locals. Just me and my friend on a slippery muddy tiny path with ropes to hoist us up the steep hills.

A little about me and my interests:

I'm adventurous, love to explore, on my last trip we stayed on Cozemel for most of our 7 days, snorkeling, lounging with cocktails, discovering the island... but we did get to go to Chitchen Itza on a group day tour, which I LOVED! I was with my less explorative/adventurous husband (now ex), who grumped almost the entire trip so I vowed to come back for more fun!

I am an animal lover, music lover (currently listening to Indie, 60's Garage, early Punk, Post punk and Classic rock but also Alternative 80's, Industrial and Gothic rock and anything else that tickles my fancy), love outdoor activities like running, swimming, weight training, yoga, skating, hiking, etc. The less expensive hobbies....haha. I am a videographer and video editor by trade.
I love to dance, sing, play guitar, read, write...the list goes on. Anyhow, if you are interested in meeting, let me know.
My Spanish is pretty poor...I can understand some from living in San Diego for 25 years, and can speak simple phrases.
I do like some night life, but I'm not going to be partying like a 20 year old... I won't reveal my age....but most people guess I'm around early 30's.
Also - I once made the mistake of inviting a friend to hike in Yosemite in the summer and assumed he was fit enough to keep up. He wasn't. He ended up leaving, having difficulty breathing and panic attacks. I'm not perfect and I huff and puff but I made some tough hikes, and I like to push myself. But I know my limitations as well.
