A short and incomplete list of challenges to moving-with no detail, as research is half the fun!

1) Visa considerations

2) packing your current things and either letting them go/giving away until only what will fit in an airlines baggage requirements remain, or shipping or driving your things to new destination

3) new language

4) fitting into a new culture and learning a new way of behaving socially and at work

Good luck with your research!
