Anything one sets out to do is likely to fail if one does not do it correctly you idealist you.
And who's to say I don't believe in free market remedies? We haven't even gotten to the point of debating that...although I do think that Renewable Energy Credits are pretty "free market" oriented solutions....but you don't like those either.
The key is to start doing something wisely..but that is difficult to accomplish with many folks out there insisting there is no need to do anything because the problem is not really occuring.
