Cuff, you're the only guy I know that asks if he has to study for a blood test! You regularly restore my faith in humanity. If it wasn't so far to South Dakota, I'd trot over there right now and give you a big hug. (Or does SD stand for San Diego, in which case I'm looking at an even longer jog?)

but you've failed to credit the authors, including Jim Tuck and Joe Cummings. I'm not sure they would approve. they also have copyright notices on the online versions.
