airport transfer from cancun to reef coco beach

Just curious if anyone knows if the Reef Coco Beach provides transfers from the Cancun airport to the hotel and if not, if you can recommend a good car service to book. I have called the hotel and they were not very helpful even though the sites say they offer transfers.
We, my husband and myself, are going to RCB on 5/1. Thanks!

They do not provide transfers to/from the airport. You can however, arrange transfers directly through this site.

Go to the top of the page and under "trip planning", there is a link to "airport transfers". That would be the best and easiest way to go.

There is also a public bus that will drop you off at the bus station in town and you would then take a cab to the hotel. The bus is about $6-7/pp and the cab just a few more. But you're then carting around your luggage.
