We're new members and wanna be residents

We are Les & Lea and we would like to introduce ourselves as newcomers to the Playa del Carmen community. We are a mature couple with extensive experience in the areas of tourism, property management and renovation and also creating artistic effects in stucco or sand and cement. We work as a team in each of these areas, managing and maintaining various types of properties in many countries, renovating homes and businesses, consulting for small businesses and boutique hotels, as well as providing artistic detailing for private homes, hotels and restaurants.
Lea is from the U.S., has a degree in management, speaks English and Spanish and has excellent references here in Mexico, Central America and Europe. Les is British, has been a builder and plasterer all of his life, owned his own business, and was trained in the art of pargeting, or the creation of art and effects using sand and cement, by some of the best in Great Britain. He is a true master of this medium and Lea assists with design and detail. We have included in our profile some examples of our work in Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico.Check them out if you have a minute.

If you have a property or small business that could use some new energy, or if you would just like to step away from something and leave it in capable, trustworthy hands to be managed, improved and well cared for, then we would appreciate the chance to meet and talk with you and to allow you the opportunity to peruse references from our satisfied clients, who have also become our friends. That’s the way it should work, yes? In this way we hope to find new friends and a livelihood here in this paradise.

Thanks neighbors, L&L

Hey, L&L...does your immigration status allow you to work here and offer your services?

Does yours? Offering goods or a service and being compensated for it. I imagine they work out of their domicile doing something they enjoy and that some people have the need for. What type of immigration status allows such and which one(s) do not?
