The KKIS Project Installs English Software at DIF School

Last week volunteers from the KKIS Project installed the Little Reader English language software on the 20 new desk top computers donated to the DIF School by the President of the Municipo. There are now 260 lessons, each about 15 minutes long, that the students can use every day to learn new vocabulary and play games testing their comprehension.
A giant thank you to the Little Reader Program for donating this software and to the Help Desk in Hong Kong for assistance getting it installed. This is a huge step forward for these kids to learn English for a better job and to further their education.
Volunteers will still assist in the classroom twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 11 - 12 conversing with the students. We meet under the huge palapa on Calle 8 between Aves. 30 & 35 at 10:45.
