Problem

I reserved and paid for van transportation back in September 2014 for a trip I'm taking on Feb. 8, 2015. I have not heard back from anyone. I have tried to contact you twice via your website, but no one has gotten back to me. I am very worried that no one will be there to pick us up when we arrive in Cancun. I paid via Paypal. My receipt number is: 4234-4622-8742-9361

Hi Burt, we sent your confirmation on Sept. 15 and again each of the two subsequent times you've written us to say you did not receive your confirmation. We just forwarded it again. PLEASE check your junk mail/spam folder, please whitelist our email address so you can receive mail from us from info[at]playa[dot]info

Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. I don't know why I didn't receive your earlier emails, but I have all of the information that I need now. I really appreciate your diligence in solving what appears to have been my problem!
