See Rodney's post above. He gives the website email to reserve a room number and he also posted a link for the resort map which will allow you to see the room numbers.
The only restaurant that requires reservations is Chef's Plate which can be done at arrival. You can book all you excursions upon arrival as well. There is a Best Day Travel in the lobby that will book your excursions.

There is no more online check in so you cannot select a specific room like you could in the past. Either let your travel agent send an e mail in on your behalf, because they have specific contacts that can help. Or, if you have no agent, you sent the request in. Getting one specific room usually doesn't work, that room is is probably occupied. It's best to send in something more generic - say that you prefer top floor, king bed, etc. Since you say that you have a travel agent, convey your requests to that person and let them work on it. After all, that is the reason why you have an agent, si?
