Looking for long term apt rental

I am arriving for my move to the PDC on June 9, I posted on this a few weeks ago and thank you to those who responded, they will be the first contacts I make.
Looking for a 12 month apartment lease, south of calle 46 or so, east of the highway. But not the phase 2 Playacar, that's quite a bit more out there than I want. 1 or 2 bedroom apt. for one person, retired, no booze, no pets, no noise. In the area of 10K pesos per month, maybe more depending on the place and amenities. Will be ready to sign lease the day I arrive, but MUST be for 12 months, I don't want to get caught looking for a place during peak season! Location and cleanliness will be the top considerations.
Please message me if you have something that might fit this.
10 days and counting!!
Thank you!!

Thank you. It's been over a year of consideration, planning, and execution. My possessions, which once came in at around 100 tons, (that includes a house and car of course), have now been reduced to about 150 pounds, at the most. I haven't possessed so little since my college days but, as they say, there is no U-Haul at the end of a funeral procession.
However, being the natural pack-rat that I am, I suspect I'll be working on a replenishment plan in the coming years!
Thanks again, really looking forward to my new home!
