This find had a short life
I thought mindbender made a good case for trying this restaurant. Two nights ago I wandered over to 25th and 4th and there is was. Dark and closed with a for rent sign on the building. Too bad. I would have loved to have tried it, having never heard of it before.
So I went arount the corner in the middle of the block between 20th and 25th on Juarez, to this restaurant (cannot remember the name, but begins with a īPī) that looked kind of touristy with bright yellow painted front and pictures of the food on the menue. They had the best pozole I have had in a long time, and the tacos al pastor were mighty tasty. I guess it is just hard to get a bad meal in Playa.
