I don't know that any of them do, but I could be wrong. I really don't think you'll want a heated pool, no matter what month you arrive. January, maybe, but even then...

Some of the Secrets resorts have heated pools.
Secrets Maroma comes to mind.
Maybe Secrets Capri.
Most pools are too cold for me in January and February.

if the average HIGH day temperatures are in the 70s, and the LOW nights are cooler, then a heated pool is definitely necessary. the ocean water should be fine. but at that temperature a pool would be freezing

last season I`ve been in the pool till 3rd week of december
and it was warm enough, I went in the afternoon, might be too cold in the morning.
I wouldn`t enjoy the pool if the water would be cold.
from mid march on it`s warm enough again.

I've never heard that.
I don't think that is true at all.

Porto Playa condominiums has heated pools. We've stayed there a number of times in January/February and having a heated pool is just one of the really good reasons to stay there...

The pools are pretty chilly for my liking on this coast in the coldest winter months. I'd go for a heated one too.

The only time I have heard of hotels draining their pools is when they are re-tiling or re-painting. Reno work WOULD be more commonly done in the slower season, but I think usually you can find out before you go if that would affect your stay.
