Well, a million bucks isn't a lot these days but..........it's enough for me!
Heck, I'd take half a million, I'm not picky!
The first thing I'd do is take my son (who is 12) to California to have reconstructive surgery with a doctor out there who is the VERY best in the world at what he does...but he accepts no insurance (guess cause he's the best and doesn't HAVE to?
grrrrr).
It's very specialized surgery and not many docs in this country do it...and those that do, don't do it very well.
Assuming I'd have something left.....
Pay off my mortgage
Put money away for the kids college education (cause Lord knows
I don't have it!)
Still something left?
Buy a new car
Take as many vacations as possible
