That sucks. I am amazed of all the open spaces here in Vancouver where you can let your dog run free and have fun. Never understood why Mexico doesn't have any decent parks anywhere. In Cuernavaca, where I used to live, there is one lousy park. Ugly as can be, has more cement than grass, and they charge you to get in.
