R.I.P. Tom Lee

Just had a notification on FB that Tom Lee has passed. RIP!
First met Tom about 18 years ago when he was living at Mom's Hotel. We became Playa friends and managed to spend time with him listing to many colorful stories over the years. He moved back to Oregon a few years ago so he could receive medical attention so we haven't seen him recently.
I am certain many Playa info peeps spent many hours discussing everything over a cold brew. Another Playa original will be missing from the scene.

RIP Tom, he was indeed a good guy. Last time I saw Tom was at the Beer Bucket being......Tom, shooting the breeze. My mum had passed a couple months earlier and we shared some memories of Mum at Mom's. My next cold one will be for Tom!

Tom Lee was a great friend. I survived hurricane Wilma with him and Bones at Mom's. I'll always remember of interupting them doing car work, telling them that the Beer Bucket was just opening after the hurricane, and watch them immediately running together down the street - like roller derby! I used to take full suitcases of non-fiction books to him every trip.

He will be missed!
