Restaurants Southend - away from 5th

Does anyone have a list of restaurants in Southend, inexpensive and away from 5th Ave. We love Mannes.

Las Brisas for seafood - from memory it is on 4th - between 10th and 15th. I am sure I will be corrected if I am wrong on the location. Left hand side of the street when walking away from the beach.

Another good seafood place is right on the beach - La Tarraya. Very reasonable prices there.

For Mexican breakfast, I like the restaurant (don't know the name) attached to the Hotel Playa del Carmen on Juarez between 10th and 15th.

Small, family run (at least the workers all act like family, not 100% sure) place: Hotel Playa del Carmen

El Chilito Rojo is the name of the restaurant according to the website.

Two really good roast chicken places:

El Pechugon, at 10th and Juarez (with little roasted potatoes to die for!)
and
La Brocherie, on 15th between Calle 4 and 6.

There's also Asadero el Pollo on SW corner of 20th and Calle 2, but I didn't think it was quite as good.

Another good, inexpensive place for pasta and sandwiches:

Titi Panini, Calle 10 between 10th and 15th Ave. Really nice owner.

On 4th between 5 and 10th is Carboncitos it's been around forever but I still love it for tacos and seafood. Medium price.
