i don't like that chicken, kinda scary to me, like clowns! terrifed of them ! i think i read to many Stephen King books .

I don't think it could be a live web-cam since moe than one person can go to the site and type in different commands. It's probably just an application written in JAVA or C++ and it'll respond to certain commands. If you type in an inappropriate command it'll come to the screen and wave a finger at you in the no-no reference.

It's a Flash movie that loads different clips according to what it parses from user input. 100% not live.
