Bpm 2018

After the tragic events that happened at the Blue Parrot this past January, plus all the comments and reaction from government officials, residents and tourists alike, I am somewhat surprised that BPM 2018 is already in the planning stages. I really thought (and hoped) this festival would have been moved to another location.

Concerned.....

The official BPM site doesn´t have any reference to 2018. If they´re planning it, they aren´t advertising it yet.

Also, if you click on buy tickets on your link, there are no tickets to buy.

At least not at the Blue Parrot. It is in the process of being demolished.

I sure hope you're right. I know there would not be anything at the Blue Parrot which is being demolished, but there are so many other locations in Playa that the BPM used during the 10 days.

BPM announced they will be in Portugal and Brazil.
But Brazil has been cancelled.
The festival will take place this fall in Portugal.
They announced they will not return to Playa.

What will replace the BP? Let me guess, a five story condominium structure!

Three (or more) clubs are being torn down to make way for a hotel with a music venue.

Had to feed "my" feral cat, Mr. Peepers. Been feeding him for close to 3 years now. Problem is I am responsible for getting him addicted to rotisserie chicken
Headed to Valladolid early this morning. Spikey (Teo's kids' dog) had pups plus Teo sent me photos of a six foot long snake that he caught.
Will be in La Joyita (bar) this afternoon with Teo and friends
And Starbucks will open in 38 minutes
