The ATV trails are pretty well groomed, not to rough or hilly. The guide puts the slowest people in the back, so you can take it at your own speed. You can ride 2 people on one machine fairly easily and they have automatic transmissions. When I went with my 60 year old Mom (she opted to drive her own), there was a big range in ages with the riders. I guess it would depend on how adventerous she is!
