Well who knows? It probably would not be the wildest excuse given for an incompetent cop killing an innocent citizen.

Protest time...good for photos Mr. Bruce. Looks like many folks in Minnesota are sick of their leaders. Institutional change

Another poor performing Democrat? Check

It's not the 'when' but the 'what' - namely, how to 'teach' fire discipline in an environment where cops are well-marked targets operating on a predictable schedule in an easily discernible pattern - you call, they come.

Within that scenario, dark alleys and hidey-holes carry a huge risk of setting off a startle reflex - which because it's a reflex instead of a 'studied response' means there's a lot of inability to do much to 'control' it.

You can teach 'discipline' on a theoretical level, and punish those who don't (or can't) comply, but the only test of fire discipline in the midst of a 'startle reflex' is the act itself, where all will falter, most will recover, and some will fail with tragic consequences. Unfortunately, its not all that rare, as the daily news daily reminds us - (man shoots intruder who turns out to be his own son, etc.)

Just musing about how things like this happen: We now have two examples from Mpls, MN, which strikes me as an all-American city if there ever was one, where citizens generally do the right thing, are nice to strangers, kind to animals, obey the law, are cheerful in all weathers, and don't fart in the elevators, etc., where two otherwise ordinary citizens immersed in that ethic have got themselves killed by over-eager 'compliance' with the idea of doing what's right by carelessly approaching antsy cops, who over-reacted because, although trained in fire discipline, they lacked the necessary experience in dealing with the startle reflex that quick movements in a tense situation cause. Whoever paired these two rookies made a huge error, with foreseeably tragic consequences.

Slap a police car, get shot. Sounds a little harsh but if it applies the antifa pussies, I'm for it.

Justine Ruszczyk slapped Minneapolis police car before she was shot, report says - CNN.com

Nice first post.
Old thread.
Being high is no big deal.
Yeah... it's been proven that stoned people are super aggressive.
Knock it off, knucklehead.
Perhaps your second post will offer something worthwhile.
