Blaming Trump for this is like blaming Lincoln for slavery.

Exactly, but we can assign responsibility to our President for his statements and actions, many of them bald-faced lies.

There is little to no difference between the state of our nuclear arsenal today and when our President was inaugurated in January

I have seen few human beings do as much unnecessary and stupid lying as our President does.

Sure, you can.

You could also realize that the President is taking a new approach (as opposed to the failed approach of Clinton/Bush/Obama) and playing hardball. Maybe NK will react differently and come to its senses. Acting as if the President is the enemy (and let's face it, many here and in our country view him as just that) rather than the lunatic in NK (not you, roni, but certainly a couple others on this thread), IMHO, is more dangerous than bluffing on what cards you hold. Especially given that no matter what bad haircut Korean guy has, he ain't got close to what we have.

I have seen nobody who proudly lies like he does, but even worse are the zombies who support the lies.

Had your buddy Bill Clinton followed through with the agreement signed by his administration and the N. Koreans we wouldn't be in this position now, but if course just like Obamacare it's up to Trump to fix it.

Btw the agreement with N.korea and the one signed by Obama and Iran are very similar so be ready for round two with Iran in about 5 years.

Or his own people.
Because he keeps our attention towards him and not then. Kim is like a hemroid the other players are more of a threat but a hemroid keeps knawing at you little by little.

I reckon we go to different places in CA. You are not describing the state I know. It is beautiful, just too many people.

He is not fooling anyone. All these hawks that want to rain "Fire and Fury" down on N. Korea need to step back and ask themselves how we are going to do that.
We are fully engaged in several locations from Asia to Africa. We have downsized our forces considerably. The forces we DO have are tired from 16 yrs of slogging around in a war we can't win. And anyone that thinks we are going to turn them into a self illuminated parking lot are sadly mistaken. Think about what that would do to our allies in close proximity to N. Korea.

So, what does he REALLY think he's gaining by spouting off like a 6th grader?

I hope he is fooling some people. Please let him be fooling some people - I mean other than the less thn 40% of Americans who have been fooled into approving of his job performance.
