I came in domestically on Interjet at 5 pm yesterday, Sat. Bag showed up fast, bought ADO ticket at 2nd inside booth (1st was too busy), went outside and to the left, asked for confirmation along the way, and was directed to a covered area where there were also buses from resorts, etc. Aim for the red ADO ticket stand there. When I took the ADO from Playa last week to depart, T4 was the first terminal stop. Still no ATM.

My first time first time though T4. To get to the ADO is it out and to the right or out and to the left? . (Finally down to 2 weeks!)

The driver will sort you out though.

One thing I noticed there is that there were two exits from the baggage area that dump you off quite a ways from one another. Perhaps the two different responses have something to do with that?

I have been told one exit is to a “friends and family” pick up area and the other to ground, group and authorized transportation.

Also ... often things change in Mexico, no? Best advice is to ask at one of the ADO ticket booths inside when you arrive, and keep asking once you're outside.

That is what Laura Map Chick said altho she hasn’t been there yet. Follow the Ground Transportation sign for the bus and not the Friends and Family sign...

Not sure if their international flights are different, but domestic flights:

Interjet has 2 inches more leg room in any other airline in coach.

They give free booze, even on short flights.

They lost my luggage once, and an airline employee hand delivered it to my door in Playa a few hours later.

Hola Byron, Didn't see two exits leaving T4 but I was focused on getting a bus ticket. So purchase your bus ticket in the terminal at one of the two booths then head out and keep going to the far side of the lot. Ya can't get lost as it is all fenced in. See you guys soon.

PS: Not sure if you can purchase a ticket at the bus stop.

Here is a comment I posted on Trip Advisor. Following posts on Interjet indicates if there is no problems getting to your destination Interjet is great. However, when a problem arises the customer service is terrible!

The email on Dec. 29/16 at 2:30am assured we were leaving on Interjet from San Juan, CR to Mexico City on time. However, at 3:30am at the check in counter we were told the flight is cancelled and we were on our own. The supervisor at Interjet offered two choices 1) to wait 36 hours for the next possible flight or 2)book a flight on another airline and be reimbursed for the flight by InterJet. We chose 2 and one month later we have yet to see a any reimbursement. Assistance from InterJet was ZERO. We made the Aeromexico flight that was departing at the same time and arrived in Mexico City early enough to catch our InterJet flight to Huatulco. However that flight was cancelled also and again we are left to fend for ourselves. InterJet did put us on a flight that left 4 hours later than our original flight, and even it was delayed another 2 hours. No assistance from Interjet and still waiting to be reimbursed for the additional flight that I paid out of my pocket. I have nothing good to say about Interjet. Buyer Beware!!!!!!! Interjet is now not responding to emails requesting the reimbursement be credited to my credit card.

As an update: Interjet did reimburse the cost of the flight in JUNE!!!!!!

Thanks Mur! We are looking forward to seeing you two. At T3 we always got tickets at the bus but at T4 we'll get them inside. We'll make every effort to move slow and easy. Stress is for the other 50 weeks of the year!
