We are going to Isla Mujeres for a couple of nights to get away from the concert noise, our accommodation is too close. It's OK for a couple of nights but almost drove us nuts for 5 days last February.
See you in 80 something days.

We are going to be at Casa Mexicana, overlooking the festivities, for four nights, and then we are going north to Hotel B for four nights. I am in love with Cozumel. If I didn’t have such a great situation with my landlord here in Playa, I would look into moving over there.

be careful where you stay there too Len cause they also have entertainment.Stay as far away from the square as you can. Also thought I was getting away from an unbearable 5 nights in Playa or so only to be kept awake on Isla. However not NEARLY as bad.

Parade route for Tuesday in Playa.

Can’t seem to find a parade route map. Can someone give me a general idea of the route and what time it would start. Gracias

1st and 3rd parade. Ridiculous.
I pity the folks in that parade.
I can’t imagine many spectators along most of that route.

I am not sure about the rest of the route but all along constituyente last night there was way more people then last year there was a solid row of people 3 or 4 deep on both sides of the street.

I understand Constituyentes. It’s the other 75% of the route that makes no sense.
The days of Fifth to Constituyentes to 30th to 8th made much more sense.

The parades here on Cozumel are amazing.
The streets are packed and last night’s parade must have run for over three hours.

Yes, we have been to the parade in Cozumel 4 different time in years past I totally agree they are amazing and in a totally different league than the one in Playa but the one here was fun to watch also.
