Where do we find...

Heavy Cream?

Sour Cream to use in dips? We see the crema, do you mix with other ingredients to make your own, thicker sour cream?

Half & Half - so far we've seen it at the Walmart La Cruz (once but never since).

Albacore tune like Bumblebee or close - friends tell us Costco is the best option.

Crema agria is what we use for sour cream

Crema para batir, whipping cream

We buy canned Kirkland albacore Tuna, packed in water. There are many, many brands of tuna you could try

We do not use half and half.

Everywhere for sour cream. Crema de acidificada.
Closest to heavy cream - Crema para batir. Most everywhere.
Half & half - Pacsadeli.

I buy half and half and heavy whipping cream in the refrigerated section at Walmart on 30th ave. (Close to the butter) Can't remember the brand but they are in a red and white carton.

The BEST sour cream is at Pacsadeli - Daisy brand.

My wife thanks you much - Pacsaadseli is a great place! Many of the items are just too large for us and are more for businesses, including the Daisy sour cream unless they were out of the smaller size. But they do have those hard to find items, and we're learning to make our own half & half and heavy cream - thanks again! And we will get the tuna at Costco...

Pacsadeli.
A restaurant supplier open to the public.
They sell many items not available elsewhere.
Calle 34 (Ave. Andres Quintana Roo on the west side) and Ave 70.

Sour cream

Search the internet for how to turn Mexican crema into sour cream. You need to put vinegar in it, but I can’t remember how much
