Doncha' just hate uppity organs?!?! Mind you, at my age, any sign of life from a body part is good news. You'll settle for just having them functioning in any manner, outspoken or not. Parts are getting real tough to get for these older models.

I don't know if it is the organs or the doctors that are the problem. If it wasn't for my doctor I could be happily killing braincells for another 10-20 years or so, but she (isn't it always a she who wants to take the fun out of life) mumbles something about it (the liver) can still re-generate itself now if given a chance, and I could be in serious trouble (seems to me I was there a couple of times, but just can't remember) if I don't stop.

So I compromised. I told her I stopped, and then I slowed down a bit.
