Yay! I'll go first. Best chicken in town...
is at Pollo Asadero - Sinaloa (that's what's on their sign), on 15th near 4th. They've been roasting the most succulent chicken in town for years. Most of their business is carry-out, but they have a few tables and drinks if you prefer to eat your chicken tacos on the premises.
