Thanks cuff !!! we had such a great time....

We did take the Mayan Adventure tour....I loved the first cenote (some where in Akumal) - lots to see....

Then to the hidden worlds cave (did not care for it....to cold and dark and not much to see as far as caves go.....I dunno maybe I missed something while I was trying to stay warm and make my 9 year old think that this was great fun ), but it was once in a life time...so I was glad we did it !!! Did I mention the water was COLD !!!!!!!

The the Crisrtallino Cenote was very nice, lots to look at and explore...we had such a good time and the guide was really nice and told us all kinds of storys about the area.....

You said you had pics of your kitties there too?? Are they buried in the sand (i.e. humungous litter box).... didn't see 'em.

Thanks, Tappy!! I saw them and they ARE adorable!! I have to learn how to upload shots from CD so I can show my vacation pics and my kitties too!!

I didn't see the other link in the ImageStation page this morning. Too early, I guess!! Or else my brain is already starting to shut down for the weekend! We've had two lousy weekends here in Mass., and this one is supposed to be gorgeous. YAY!

Now.... stop reading posts and get to work on that TRIP REPORT that we're all dying to read!

I know - it is hard not to read the post here - gotta see what is going on !!!

I have started on the trip report - I do better w/ pics than doing the trip reports - maybe I should hire Bumper to write it and he could jazzy it up a bit !!!

I read your reports and loved them....I will get back to your pm today as I want to hear more about your resort....loved the Barcelo, but was also looking at the Iberostars as well.....did not want to spend alot of $$$ on this vacation as I want to try to do another one in Nov. (gotta have something to look forward to).....

Tappy-- Cold, you say. All of the cenotes???? We'll be taking our mini-person with us on our trip in July, and cenotes was high on our list of things to do. But I know my little guy won't be able to tolerate cold water. Should I be making alternate plans??

Cenotes are not cold - refreshing, but not cold and they feel good after being out in the sun..........lots to see, even my 9 year old, who is a timid swimmer loved it.

BUT The cave (Cenote ??) that we went to snorkel in was COLD !!!!! My 9 year old did not like it beacuse of that and the fact it was dark and spooky and had a few bats in it....
She was a trooper and went along with it...but she would not snorkel in it...but she did say she was glad she did it in the end (so she could brag to her friends) !!! See we went into some pretty caves before in the US that had lights in them and nice formations, and I think she thought it would be like that.....NOT !!!! this was a jungle cave !!!!!

but your little guy will like the other cenotes as there is so much to see.....

Hey Tappy, just noticed the pictures of the cats. We are also cat lovers, I have too. My girl Mss.Minuts is the love of my life

The boy cat is the kids cat, but we love him too. Anyways your cats were beautiful,love the one of the white one going to slap the little one. LOL Love to watch cat play, I should go out and get a kitten and uproot the little happy nest here. My cats would be so mad. Love the shots from the plane too, I have a great one and forgot to post it when that guy did my pictures of Barcelo. Well see ya on the other board. Pam

My cats dont like each other, but they have to get along, I had alot of other pics on my links but I did not want to delete them as I did not have them in another place and I am still trying to figure out how to use that Sony site....

I tried to load some on this site as well but I could not figure it out !!!!
