thats about right...
I figure a house like that furnished 2-3 million
kids trust funds 12 million

that leaves about 17 million left..
life expectancy 45 years tops..(stress free)
comes to about 377000. per year..31k a month if I keep it under the mattres..
Im sure we will have our house here as well and transpo back and forth...
I think we can do it....
shouldnt be much of a problem..

That one will work!. Last one I know of sold in Akumal was on the lagoon, 3 story, belonged to some famous band member and sold for around 8 mil.
