Kids Club at Gala
I just noticed the different age groups for the kids club, my kids fall into two different categories, is it a problem to move our younger child up to the older group???

Hi,
Were staying at the Gala the last week in July with our 3 kids 7, 7, & 9. One of our concerns was that the age group for the kids is split between our kids ages. Also some of the web sites that describe the Gala indicated that the younger group (I believe it is 2-7) does not go outside of the kids club. We discussed this with our travel agent. They told us if we were comfortable with the younger kids experiencing some of the activities outside the kids club with the older group that the staff would have no problem allowing this. The agent confirmed this with a email to the resort. There is a pretty good discription of the kids club activities at the following link http://locogringo.com/playa/gala4.html Hope this helps. |

Btodd,
When are you going? We'll be there in Aug. and have a 7 yr. old boy. He's looking forward to being able to hang out with the older kids this year. Last summer he did a few activities with them, but didn't want to be with the little kids at all! |

Hi Mae,
My information is second hand :ponder: . Since you are a Gala Alumni, do you know if there were any problems with kids close in age to the next age group older being allowed to hang with them. Bye the way still envious of your future split 2 week stay. Great idea. Have fun.
