Ååååhhhh, du e la fö go.
Quick translation: Patrik is bringing me some goodies from the old country - a behavior that we highly encourage here at PlayaInfo. |

Hard to find the good godis here. I'd like a six of Carnegie Porter. Sweden's finest!

My son will be flying into PDC from Copenhagen on Thursday, where he has been seeking fame and fortune intermittently for the last 6 years, ahead of the rest of the McCollom clan who will arrive Saturday from Michigan. We are taking the Tulum tour next week so I am looking forward to some Danish-Swedish humor. In my experience both groups tend to have humorous things to say about each other, at least humorous to the casual observer....

I´ll see what I can do about the Carnegie Porter, maybe I can roll them up in my wet-suit...
About the swedish-danish humour, I don´t know if that´s gonna last too long really, don´t think they´re gonna laugh next week when we give them the same treatment that we gave Bulgaria yesterday, 5-0 at Euro 2004 in Portugal that is (for the gringos who still think football is played with a rugby ball) |

Some of us gringos DO know soccer. I have been a referee for about 15 years now (which is why I have the wierd tan-lines on my legs). My fees from this spring are paying for a good portion of our trip. Any futbol in the PDC area?

I`m ready for a game of good old fútbol on the beach anytime...last time I was in playa back in medieval times some of the boat captains and other locals used to put on quite a good game on the beach.
I´m sure they have organised teams too, so bring your whistle and yellow cards and maybe you´ll get a chance to improve that tan line of yours ![]() |
