Ok, I see where your mind is at... maybe I need to make a Pro & Con list for each river... with the first priority being the proximity of drinkin establishments including Casa de los dos Tejanos

Y'know...based on recent events, and projected upcoming happenings, it's looking like the only way I'm ever going to have any fun, is to move to Texas. Anybody have any idea if they're relaxed the immigration requirements enough for a couple of over-the-hill Canucks, with no criminal records (to speak of), to get landed immigrant status in the Republic of Texas? We already own boots and hats and belt buckles, but I have to think even Texans must have some standards. With some intensive study, we could likely learn the language in a few months. Would they let our cats in too?

I must have missed something, Scotty. Just precisely which of these momentous and historically significant events are you claiming credit for?

no, actually i don't and you'll be drunk after about 2 hrs on the river so the risk factor loses it's effect. if all else fails invite them then lose them at one of the shoots!

I wanna come, I wanna come!!! I can't think of a better way for a "River toobing Virgin" to experience River toobing the first time than with the Playa Peeps. Plus, I also need to find out if the tequila will make me sober again after drinking rum... well, on second thought.. why would I want to get sober? Hopefully the timing will work out gor us. :ponder:

Funny you should mention the Brickskeller, my friends and I used to go there in the 60's. Was talking to my Daughter a year or so ago about clubs she goes to and bingo, she and her friends go there as well.
