anyone have any updates on this resort?

when does it open?
how far from Playa?
Can you walk to Playa?
is the beach generally nice at this location?
Price point comparison to other Adult only AI's?

They are saying November is the opening (doubt it)

It probably is about a 25 minute cab ride. You can't walk to Playa, we stayed at Secrets Capri which is south of Secrets Excellence. People we met walked to Playa from SC, but that was a very LOOOOOOOng walk.

Don't know how nice the beach will be. At SC it wasn't as nice as when we went into Playa!

From what I saw on Apple tours, it was comparable in price to SC.
