Homex Development IPO on Wall Street

I'm not buy any shares at this point, but I do plan to watch it and study it some.

Homex Development Corp. is a vertically integrated home development company focusing on affordable entry-level and middle-income housing in Mexico. During the three months ended March 31, 2004, the Company sold 3,995 homes, an increase of 112.6% over the same period in 2003. During the year ended December 31, 2003, the Company sold 13,396 homes, an increase of 85.9% over 2002, and an increase of 179.5% over 2001. As of March 31, 2004, Homex Development Corp. had 32 developments under construction in 20 cities located in 14 Mexican states.
