My only time on a jury was on a gang-related murder trial. He may have been involved; he may have not, but the prosecution had idiots for witnesses and no other proof. We deemed him not guilty. It was very interesting, but the verdict was one of the most emotional moments of my life. It's very stressful to be responsible for the rest of someone's life. We were sequestered overnight and everything. They should also give IQ exams for potential jurors, because a couple of ours were several bricks short, which made the process even more difficult, not to mention the attention seekers who disagreed just to be important for a few moments. I would not want to do it again!

Karen,Karen,Karen...soooo ambivalent! Glad I'm not on trial, & glad you won't be on the jury! lol. Just kidding. You're damn lucky, I've been called every 3-4 yrs. for the last 20! Salem Ma. Lawrence,Ma. Newburyport,Ma.I serve baby,I serve.Best system in the world, but give me a break! I think I have another year before they can grab me again,& the paperwork to prove it.
