If those boys are paying the homeless, that means they have everybody working and expecting a crowd from other regions and need to secure the jobs and the wages. What's wrong with 45/hr plus great dental, medical, and retirement benefits?

Nothing wrong with that at all. I think alot of these on the out of work list need to realize this may not be the appropriate job for them, they're the same people on the bench all the time. At least this is the way I feel about Local 792. I usually will take an apprentice and train him our way if I have that option.
