I just read the property guidelines, interesting. The news letter that was on that site was discussing a new by-pass hwy. that will impact the village. Does this affect your property directly ? What is the smallest lot that can be bought ? From one of the maps it looks like the property is very close to PDC, what is the actual distance ? You wrote in a thread that you will move there in Jan. 2008, is that like a permanent move or will you still maintain a place here in the US ? We will hopefully be in PDC area probably in March 2008, I think we will at least get a tour of the area.
