I believe that the last post ment "between av 10 y av 15" not streets, they run east and west, the avenues run north and south.

No problema amigo, Just don't want those touristas getting confused. They might end up at Calle 10, entre ave 5 y av 10 at the Beer Bucket. Ugly haircut for sure there. "Damnit, it's a grouper, not a Mullet"!

NO, wait a minute, I just re-read your post. Listen up: Constitutenties is East-West. Like the Calles. (streets) the Avenues run North-South (parallel to the beach) and I know what you are trying to say but the correct answer is: Const. between Ave 10 and Ave 15 NOT Calle.

HAHAHA!! this is getting funny.. No!! is Ave constituyentes between calle 10 and calle 15!!! , thats how we call the address , for some reason 5 avenida is the only one that has the "avenue" word on its name...
We call avenida constituyentes, because is a bigger street that the regular ones,....anyway I lived there for 4 years and we call calle to everything , execpt for the ave constituyentes ...... but check some address of any business.that are on ave constituyentes...

You are right on the east west thing...but thats how we call it!!

Listen, 12 years ago it was all dirt and jungle...but... no matter what you call Const. IT IS AV 10 y AV 15! I know. I am an owner in businesses on both Calle 12 and Calle 10. Avenues go 1-5-10-15-ect... Calles go 2-4-6-ect. The church is at Ave 10 entre Calle 12 y 14, San Fancisco in on Ave 30 entre Calle 14 y 14 Bis. Just because the signs are few and far between doesn't change the names.

I mean, I live on Calle 28, entre Av 20 y 25, casa 3. Try to get a taxi that can find it! There are at least 3 or 4 casa 3's on my block. Who makes up these addresses anyway. Bernie, at El Faro, had his next door neighbor ( in Playa, on the Beach) send him a letter in November, he received it in July. No b.s. Thank Dios that we don't have to depend on the postal service to get our water, cable, and electric bills!
