This website rocks and has been a wealth of information for a gringo going full time in Mexico.
I ran the twin bonefishing lodges in Punta Allen of ABBC and Beach Club with a valid FM-3 and have decided to marry my once in a life time soul-mate Lupita and settle into life at the end of the road to nowhere.
After many years as a flyfishing guide in Florida, I was given the opportunity to run the lodges and jumped at the chance. With desitute, deliquent owners, the lodge thing did not work. However, every afternoon while walking back to the club, I could hear a girl singing and whistiling. My heart was in my throat. It was Lupita happily preparing apperitivos and dinner for the anglers.
It was a match made in heaven.
Lupita and I have become for the last year a shining example of love without borders.
BTW, I have had to insist she get her imigrations papers for the US. If for no other reason, at least she can partake of my Social Security when and if it is available.
I'm slowly burning through FMT's getting things we need and will be driving down in a few weeks.
Hope to meet a few of the helpful posters and buy them a drink!
