I know we've talked about ADHD in children, but I can't see where we've talked about that or, specifically, ADD in adults. Have you (or do you know someone who has) been diagnosed with this? If so, what have the treatments been and have they been successful? Rick and I joke around about this, but I swear, we both have very strong evidence of many (if not all for one of us

) of the listed symptoms. Here's a questionnaire for it:
- How often do you have trouble wrapping up the final details of a project, once the challenging parts have been done?
- How often do you have difficulty getting things in order when you have to do a task that requires organization?
- How often do you have problems remembering appointments or obligations?
- When you have a task that requires a lot of thought, how often do you avoid or delay getting started?
- How often do you fidget or squirm with your hands or your feet when you have to sit down for a long time?
- How often do you feel overly active and compelled to do things, like you were driven by a motor?
I've wondered to what degree these things are affected by age or hormones or whatever. Regardless, they're there... and I'd like to find a way to get around them.
Any ideas?
Or any Ritalin or Adderal you wanna share?
EDIT: It would be really telling (and humorous) if I'd already posted this same question before! Yikes! Did I!!
