I have been able to find only whipping cream, not half and half, which is fine by me for my coffee, though a bit decadent.
Incidentally, the shelved milk in cartons here is not dehydrated, as Rissask said, but flash-pasteurized by a process patented by a Swedish company called Tetra, which enables it to be shelf stable for long periods of time without refrigeration. Yeah, it tastes different from the milk we are used to, but I've found that as long as I get only the whole milk (not 2% as I used to drink) and refrigerate it, I don't mind it at all. This is what I usually put in my coffee, and cereal...and in a glass to drink when not drinking cerveza.
