You could stop by Explora Watersports during the day, and ask what's up. Everyone at this shop is highly cool and hooked into the scene. They are on North Beach. Look for the dive flags and windsurf boards.

I do not know when is memmorial day (I suppose is monday the 27?) if so, there is a rave at punta soliman tonite (saturday 25th) the cover charge is 150 pesos and you can probably get tickets at diesel closthing store...
