Only 4 weeks to go!!

My wife and I are going to celebrate our anniversary and have booked an ocean front room for a week in mid December.

A few questions:
Are non-smoking rooms available?
Are there OCF rooms near the disco/noise etc?
Is the main floor the best? Do you hear the people above you?
Or is the top floor most private and has the best view?
Any specific room recommendations?
Are any spa treatments highly recommended / good value?
Do the TV's have RCA or S-Video inputs?

Any other suggestions?
