yes non smoking rooms are available.
yes some of the newest ocean front rooms are close to the disco , but the disco is not by any means overly loud.
Main floor is nice but , your balcony is at ground level and no privacy.We stayed on 2nd floor and found it private and quiet.
Higher floors do give you better views. The older section is quite overgrown with lush vegetation but beautiful also
Didn't use the spa , not into it.
We didn't watch any TV either , we were only in the room to sleep and clean up for meals.
Please report back on your return , we are returning ourselves in feb 2005
Hope it will be as good as 2004.
Atake a day trip to playa del carmen. One of the nicest cities in mexico. restaurants and bars everywhere.
