Snapped this on the way to work, noticed it some time ago.. "Higher Education" indeed!

EDIT: No one has picked up on the irony yet?

I understand. Still not that funny. I'm sure it was a city employee, with a large pension waiting to be had after his 32 years of service, that made the sign.

Trying to save the cranberry bogs, the weather made the vines flower much too early. Thet spray water so the ice crystal's protect the flower's.

In some cases they flood the bogs to protect them.........
