The S3 IS also has "image stabilization," which is great after a night of Playa craziness at places like the Tequila Barrel.

Thanks Scoop, I'm also a canon person, but I really want a middle of the road slr, technology changes so fast. I want to take a pic of a flower early morning and be able to see dew drops on the flower. Does this make sense?
