Its probobly not quite that volitile but its a better example IMO. This also isnt obviously indicitive of all high schools in America, hopefully just this one...although i wouldnt be surprised if it were more.

I think the vast majority of people would agree with you on that, myself included.
I am not trying to excuse the behavior, just understand how they got where they got.
