Shammy, It can be pricey, but oh so worth it. One tip. Call the numbers listed for rental. We dealt with a super nice guy named Jeff (in So. Cal I believe). He was able to negotiate the rate a little bit (okay, alot) and it made for the vacation of a lifetime. We have been to Playa many times over the last 15 years and I don;t think you will find better. One thing I will say, the best sunrise I have ever seen and I have seen more than my share, was on our balcony at the Luna Encantada(yes, we were up all night drinking Tequila). I think the bar tab was more than the Condo. Good thing it was a short walk.
