AIs with indoor/ac buffet ???

I know alot of the AI's in Mexico have buffets that are "open air" or with out ac, do you all know of any that are indoor w/ ac ???

Not talking about the Al La cartes or specialty resteraunts, but the buffets were you eat the majority of your meals.

Riu Palace's Don Julian buffet restaurant is indoors with a/c. Has smoking and non-smoking sections plus and outdoors area. Great smoke removal system as well.

A/c

All the Palladium restaurants and buffets are air-conditioned, with the exception of the El Gran Azul buffet near the pool area. That one only has air conditioning in the food area. You sit outside to eat. The A/C helped a little, but I still found it warm. Avoid sitting in the sun near the windows!

The main buffets at the IB Lindo were in a/c.

At Viva Maya, the buffet is air conditioned. At Viva Azteca, it is open air.
