We have a
little problem, i hope somebody can help me out (one part of it is the urgency...)!
Next thursday we are leaving for Mexico. A pal of mine is going to marry his girl-friend and we are invited for the wedding ceremony. Therefore we prepared a nice card and some gifts. But we do not speak Spanish nor we knew anyone. And because of her being Mexican and most guests as well, a Spanish slogan is needed for the card. We looked in the internet but were not able to find a good translation. Somebody said "
todos buenos a la boda", another "
buena suerte para la unión", however, none of them sounds right.
What is your/ the translation of "Best wishes for your wedding"?
Or what would you write and what is the corresponding translation?
(The other side of the card is in German: "Herzlichen Glückwunsch zur Hochzeit" if somebody is able to understand it.)
