Chris, this isn't the Grand Princess, it is the Royal Haciendas - still a nice resort, but not AI. We stayed here a few weeks ago. Right now they are building another 'horseshoe'to the right of the palapa. The first 'horseshoe' on the left is complete,
This resort is more of a timeshare, but you can rent one of the villas, that sleep up to six people and have a full kitchen.
edit: the grand princess might be in this area though, they are building, building, building all along the beach!
